Jeff Mills is set to explore these questions through a performance that appeals to the auditory and visual senses.
First performed in France at the Grand Palais during Art Paris in 2008, The Trip was then extended to London at the Southbank Centre, in Tokyo Japan, Brest France, Melbourne Australia and at certain occasions, with visual artists such as Robert Android and Cosmic Lab. This time, the work is brand new, with the theme of Black Holes, marking the beginning and direction of a spectacular project. Through lighting, video projections, contemporary dance, sound and live vocal performances, The Trip is not only a 90-minute danceable event but a cosmic-themed immersive A/V show direct from the mind of Jeff Mills and the visual artists behind Cosmic Lab.

The Ultimate Sound Trip with Jeff Mills and Jun Togawa
From the soundtrack of "THE TRIP - Enter The Black Hole", a performing art event directed by Jeff Mills that explores the mysteries of the universe, "Contradiction - Atman in Brahman (Radio Edit)," featuring Jun Togawa, a legendary singer with an overwhelming presence in the Japanese music scene, will be released on March 13 (Wed.) through Apple Music and itunes.
The world of Jeff Mills and Jun Togawa organically melt and crystallize into a minimalistic, floating song with a band sound that is new to Jeff Mills up to this point.
Shinichi Yamaguchi and Kazuhide Yamaji of Yapoos, the band in which Togawa is a vocalist, also participated in the recording. The band's Lion Merry is also credited with composing the melody
